Showings & Feedback
Inspiring showings is the goal for most of our previously mentioned marketing efforts. It is the time that buyers have a chance to really get a feel for the home and picture themselves living in it. We strive to make the scheduling of showings as stress-free as possible by allowing you to arrange appointments using your preferred method of communication. Once a buyer inquires about your listing, we have a dedicated on-call agent that can follow-up on Internet inquiries and calls as soon as possible, seven days a week. Our team is better able to convey the special features of your property and our agents are always readily available to show your home.
Feedback is an imperative part of our ongoing marketing efforts. After an agent shows your home, we will send an email request for comments and feedback through ShowingTime. As soon as the feedback request is completed, we will both receive the response to review. In addition to regular communication, we use several reporting systems to convey statistical data and viewing activity. Then, with all the information available to us, we can determine any necessary remedies to avoid an extended time on the market, allowing you to move forward with your plans more quickly.
