Amber Schreiber has been a REALTOR® with F.C. Tucker Emge since 2013. She graduated from Western Kentucky University with a degree in design and began to work with a local interior designer growing her skill set to help clients envision the homes of their dreams. She then took on an outside sales position for a regional beauty company where she learned the ins and outs of customer service and sales. These two careers provided the foundation of skills to make her transition to real estate a successful one. Real estate has become far more than a career for her. Amber is passionate about getting to know her clients and working with them to achieve their real estate goals.

Amber Schreiber has been a REALTOR® with F.C. Tucker Emge since 2013. Amber is a wife and mother of three, so life is very busy! She felt she needed a way to serve her clients more efficiently by providing the utmost service and flexible availability. The vision of a team was formed and she sought to provide services collectively that simply cannot be offered by an agent working on their own. Amber identified like-minded professionals to create Schreiber Realty & Co in 2020.

I really enjoy helping people find the right home and navigate through the often confusing world of purchasing real estate. Sometimes that requires showing 50 homes and sometimes it only requires looking at a few. Regardless, my first step is to get to know my client and understand their particular wants, needs and tastes. I then develop a list of homes and start showing some houses!
In addition to showing homes, I’ll help explain the various financing options available and can refer mortgage representatives to for pre-qualification and determine mortgage and closing cost.
When we find the right home, I’ll negotiate the very best purchase price possible, schedule the closing and work with the seller to schedule an inspection and negotiate to fix any issues that may turn up. Lastly, to help erase any fears, F.C. Tucker Emge Realtors offers home warranties that cover problems not protected by homeowner’s insurance.
