Her experience managing multiple business units paired with her focus on always doing the right thing has been the building block for her career as a licensed real estate agent. Ashley resides on the northside of Evansville and enjoys anything outdoors including travelling, camping, hiking, pickleball, and horseback riding with her husband and three kids. She also uses her collegiate volleyball experience to coach club, high school, and elementary players and this competitiveness translates to helping her clients win in every aspect of their transaction.

Ashley Elpers launched her real estate business following a successful 17 year career in corporate America. The skills she acquired and perfected serve her real estate clients well – from negotiation to communication. Ashley’s ability to connect with people and truly understand their needs positions both buyers and sellers for success. Ashley moved to Evansville over 21 years ago, starting her career with C.H.Robinson. She then moved to a corporate management role with Mead Johnson. Her time with both of these large local corporations helped her see what a tremendous community Southwest Indiana is to live and work. And she now proudly helps home buyers and sellers find their special place in the area she loves. Throughout her career, Ashley’s focus is on doing the right thing, even when it’s hard, and working to provide the best possible outcomes for all involved stakeholders.
Ashley resides on the northside of Evansville and enjoys anything outdoors including traveling, camping, hiking, pickleball, and horseback riding with her husband, Jay, and their three children. She is active at Scott Elementary and is a proud coach of the Scott Tigers Ladies Volleyball team. She uses her collegiate volleyball experience to coach club, high school, and elementary players and this competitiveness translates to helping her clients win in every aspect of their transaction.

I really enjoy helping people find the right home and navigate through the often confusing world of purchasing real estate. Sometimes that requires showing 50 homes and sometimes it only requires looking at a few. Regardless, my first step is to get to know my client and understand their particular wants, needs and tastes. I then develop a list of homes and start showing some houses!
In addition to showing homes, I’ll help explain the various financing options available and can refer mortgage representatives to for pre-qualification and determine mortgage and closing cost.
When we find the right home, I’ll negotiate the very best purchase price possible, schedule the closing and work with the seller to schedule an inspection and negotiate to fix any issues that may turn up.
