About Me
Ashley Vignolo has been carving out a niche for herself since day one in the real estate and interior design business. She found her identity in being the creative one with a fearlessness to create and a desire to share more of what she loves with others. Whether it be through helping them move to a new home entirely or helping them fall back in love with the space they are in, she has a true love for design and perfected the art of comfortable home.
Ashely has always had a nack for what makes a great home. Through the years of renovating and designing her own home, and helping her friend and now business partner, Amber Schreiber with some of her design projects, they began to have a vision for what true potential a full service real estate and design team could be! She joined Amber Schreiber in 2020, after a very long run as an elementary school teacher. It was a leap of faith, but she quickly found that you don’t find joy and a true purpose by sitting still. Her goal is to use her ability to envision, create and educate her clients through each process so that she can help people fall in love with their living spaces!
Ashley is a former native of southern Illinois, but been dedicated to the town of Evansville from the minute she moved here to attend the University of Southern Indiana. She met her husband Brandon in college and planted roots in northern Vanderburgh county. She has two beautiful children, Gavin (11) and Gianna (8). When she is not creating and orchestrating moves for her clients she loves watching her children play sports, is always up for a hike or an adventure (also known to her colleagues as “Adventure Ashley”) and still enjoys playing a round of golf or two with her dad.

I really enjoy helping people find the right home and navigate through the often confusing world of purchasing real estate. Sometimes that requires showing 50 homes and sometimes it only requires looking at a few. Regardless, my first step is to get to know my client and understand their particular wants, needs and tastes. I then develop a list of homes and start showing some houses!
In addition to showing homes, I’ll help explain the various financing options available and can refer mortgage representatives to for pre-qualification and determine mortgage and closing cost.
When we find the right home, I’ll negotiate the very best purchase price possible, schedule the closing and work with the seller to schedule an inspection and negotiate to fix any issues that may turn up.
